El Dorado Estates is an owner occupied, age restricted (55+) community near the Las Vegas Strip.  At least one permanent resident in each household must be 55 years of age or older.  No one under 25 is permitted as a permanent resident.  We are a pet friendly community.  Prospective buyers must be approved by Community Management prior to completion of any purchase.
