El Dorado Home Sales is proud to offer homes exclusively at El Dorado Estates, an age restricted (55+) community near the Las Vegas Strip.

At least one permanent resident in each household must be 55 years of age or older.  No one under 25 is permitted as a permanent resident.

The current land fee at El Dorado Estates is $580 per month, plus utilities.

El Dorado Estates is a pet friendly community, allowing two domestic indoor pets per household, size appropriate to the homes.  Certain breeds normally considered to be vicious are prohibited.
